VA Transport- Handler

Day and evening positions (with bonus) available! Do you want to find a job that will keep you fit and focus on teamwork? VA Transport is looking for handlers responsible for loading and unloading trailers.

Responsibilities :

  • Safely perform loading and unloading of merchandise;
  • Handle merchandise with care;
  • Identify and control merchandise according to delivery orders;
  • Properly complete all work orders;
  • Inform the person in charge of any anomalies in the shipping/receiving process;
  • All other related tasks.


Requirements :

  • Be able to make physical effort;
  • Ability to read, count and write;
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft;
  • Basic English;
  • Available for a day or evening position;
  • Enjoy teamwork.

Evening Position Information :

  • Evening hours: 2:45pm to 11:15pm
  • Daytime schedule: 10:00 am to 6:30 pm
  • Additional evening premium of $0.62 per hour.
